Prospects add areas, answer site questions, and capture ground-level photos through a single-use link — no app download, no login required. MasonScan reviews multiple photos together while keeping chimneys, front steps, retaining walls, and other assemblies in separate report sections. It supports the documentation masonry actually requires: brick, block, stone, mortar, water migration, moisture paths, freeze-thaw spalling, steel lintel distress, mortar incompatibility, and movement patterns. Address autocomplete, a property map, and field history connect every inspection and report to the correct location. Approved reports and lead context move downstream to ReconCRM when the masonry team is ready for commercial follow-through.
