**What do you like best about Brex?**

It's simple to use. I no longer have to file most expenses and when I do, they make the process super easy. Expenses have become a non-event thanks to Brex.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Nothing much. Sometimes Brex doesn't work on some international sites when I'm buying gifts but it's rare.

It helps control spending while making business expenses easy. It reduces bottlenecks.

Integration with the accounting software is very helpful for closing month end. Support team is very responsive and helpful everytime you have a question.

Not many downsides, when issues are encounted and discussed with support, new features are rolled out to help address concerns.

The platform is easy to use as an admin and it's very simple to implement and use for team members.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The compliance reporting features could use improvement. Some of the data that comes through isn't the most accurate.

Brex empowers all of our remote employees in taking care of their expensing needs. We also use Brex Travel to coordinate and manage all of our employee travel.

Brex is very easy and intuitive to use! No need for a tip sheet. I use it regularly for work and never had a problem.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

They send me a lot of reminder emails and messages to add my memos....I actually need to be reminded though!!

I use Brex for work. It is very easy to add receipts and memos. Very easy to request for a bump to increase my limit.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

The site is extremely readable and intuitive, which makes navigating it a pure pleasure. It loads quickly and finding the features and options you need is very easy. One of the biggest advantages of the service is the ability to create rules tailored to your needs, which greatly facilitates the work. The customer service department also deserves a commendation – the team is competent, helpful and well informed. The whole experience of using the site is at the highest level!

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

For now, nothing that I can think of. :)

Works just like any other credit card. Able to tap it for gas. Very easy to upload receipts.

I have not had any downsides to using Brex. Every transaction has gone through (minus the ones I entered the wrong CVC for lol)

Ensuring all our costs for clients are organized and have proof of invoices attached for reporting purposes

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex integrates multiple key functions for the enterprise including expense management, travel, corporate cards, bill pay, along with banking and treasury functionality. It outshines anything else we've seen and our users report that it's extremely convenient and more efficient than any systems they've encountered at other large organizations. Did I mention how fast support responds and integration with our enterprise accounting tools? Oh, and the black Brex card is very cool looking too.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Since starting with Brex over 3 years ago< i don't think I've come across anything I don't like or that I would consider a downside - and we really push it to its limits.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex unifies corporate cards, spend management, expense reimbursement, expense management, and a thousand other small tasks that otherwise could be overwhelming.

ability to be locked out of merchant categories, and support not understanding that restaurants can be classed as charities

ease of not having to do cash advances, and figuring out finances at the end of a work trip, being able to take a picture of receipt and upload at that moment is a time saver

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I have been using the Brex corporate credit card for the past three weeks and it has truly been a game changer in the ease of use connectivity features with our accounting and approval department.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The one thing that I don't like about the card stems from the receipt process. At present, the Brex card only allows for images to be uploaded as backup receipt verification. It would be great, especially for multi-page receipts, to allow for a pdf upload acceptance as well.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary thing the Brex solves is its capability to manage a large number of different events that I can easily match to expenses.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I like that I can upload a receipt for an expense in real time and it is done and I do not have to think about it again or later when I cannot find the receipt etc.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The only thing that I dislike so far is that I cannot use my Brex card everywhere, which makes it difficult to go to Costco for example for employee snacks or gas as they do not accept my card even though I have a pin number and should be able to use it like a debit card.

It allows me to enter expenses very seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex has friendly interface, it is easy to start and make changes. You can get the banking issues resolved in a moment for a new employee. Basic integrations provided, which is very useful in everyday accounting work. Easy to manage, and collect receipts from your team. As an accountant, I do not need to login every day, I can just set the necessary rules on Brex and use it for my work.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Changing naming of menu tabs frequently - recommend to unify and simplify.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex is solving the issue of expense tracking, receipts collecting, issuing corporate credit cards to employees and helps to keep an eye on budget thing. Additional benefit - mobile app, which makes these tasks even easier.

The simplicity of matching a receipt to a purchase and not thinking about the charge again is fantastic.

I wish that I could connect two cards under the same email address.

Problem: trouble organizing documentation for multiple employees making company purchases

The easy card assignment and expense tracking and management makes it easy for employees to make the purchases they need without a ton of overhead.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

We use Brex as our business credit card. They have a deal with Spotnana. We used to use Amex so we understand how a point system should work. We have like 5M+ points with Spotnana. I'm not exaggerating when I say I would not suggest Spotnana to any person or business owner I know. First off; you can't book a flight for anyone under 18 years old....I have a young family. So right there over 50% of the people I wanna book a flight for I can't. Then you wanna book a hotel, well good luck. Not a single hotel seems to take these stupid Spotnana points. I honestly feel like I'm trapped with this ridiculous company. I've been benefiting and using points for nearly a full decade, it's part of the benefits of running my own company. I absolutely despise Spotnana.

You can't use your points for anything. You might as well not have points.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the point system that Brex has decided to use. I'm supposed to be able to book flights and hotels. They won't book flights for my kids; and there are very few hotel options. I feel like I have 5M useless points.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I used Brex when I traveled abroad for business. The think I liked best is that I could add memos through texts on my phone, so that I knew exactly what my expenses were for. It was helpful that I didn't have to log on to my computer to send Brex those memos for purchases. The "tap and go" feature was also convenient.

In the time that I used Brex, I didn't see any downside.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Everything about Brex is well thought of. Whether it's the UI, or corporate card features or budgeting limits. The dynamic credit limit is also very useful. Integrations with other popular accounting software etc. are well done. Core banking features like transfers etc. have never been an issue. They have become very good at international transfers as well and even allow exact foreign currency amounts to be remitted which is very useful for non-US payments.<br><br>The best part about Brex is the very helpful and knowledgeable customer support team. Until now, every time I have contacted the customer support the concern has been resolved, no matter how complicated.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

1. Their money market investments are limited to $500k unlike competitors.<br>2. They devalued their points by 30% suddenly in 2023 with no warning.

Being an early stage startup, we have limited time and funds. Brex ensures everything we need to do can be done quickly. Also, its corporate cards and credit+budget policy are very useful for expense management.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

I've interacted with Brex's customer service team several times over the last year. They're always quick to get in touch, understand what's going on, figure out the urgency of the issue, and help me resolve it. It's probably the best CS team of any B2B tool (incl. Stripe, Mercury Bank, and others). Even after each resolution, the team follows up with me again to ensure is everything is still going well.<br><br>I also appreciate the ongoing product enhancements. It seems the team is actively releasing new features. I'm hoping some of these features will overlap with other providers, so I can consolidate my stack a bit.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Becoming a new Brex customer isn't straightforward. Unless you're introduced through a partner of theirs, it can be difficult.<br><br>I used Pry (Brex's forecasting tool) for a short bit, but unfortunately, Brex's great customer service didn't make it to that org. Onboarding was difficult, and responses from their service team were slow and short.

Expenses flow easily from credit card payments to categorizing automatically, to our Quickbooks Online. Our accountant appreciates the seamless flow as well.

We were able to give physical credit cards to our employees which was tremendous help during our peak months of service. We plan to use virtual credit cards with our suppliers as well, through the API

Our organization has found Brex makes it easy to manage credit card expenses with their app that allows staff members to immediately capture their expense information and allows the folks in the back office to easily monitor those expenses. The app and the website are easy to use and includes emails and text messages to remind people to complete the back up information our accounting system requires. And the integration with Amazon makes supply orders super easy to track.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

The Brex notifications are really helpful but if there was a downside (there's always a downside, right?) repetitive monthly charges such as NYT subscriptions or consultant retainers also generate reminders to provide back up and I find that can be annoying when I'm in a bad mood.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ever present problem of getting staff members to document their expenses in a timely way without having to hunt them down is made soooo easy with Brex. Setting spending limits and earning points for the organization instead of on individual staff personal credit cards is cool too. And to repeat myself, the integration with Amazon (which we use for office supplies) reduces the workload on the finance and administration folks.

Brex was great, they gave me an option to add the card to my apple wallet immediately. It was easy to use, and never gave me an issue. The transfer of my transactions to our work system's financial application made it easy.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Brex simplifies paying contractors, consultants, and vendors. It also does a great job allowing me to manage employee spend via Brex cards. We also appreciate the ease with which Brex integrates with Quickbooks Online. I prepare the transactions and then our outside bookkeeping firm syncs Brex with QBO and is able to quickly and easily prepare our monthly financials. Customer support has been a strong point for Brex as well. I can easily connect with support and get the answers I need for my questions.

About 1 year ago I began to use Brex Bill pay. It didn't do a great job of recognizing invoices and correctly identifying invoice number, payment amount etc. Recently, though, that feature has been improved and I've begun using it again.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brex solves two main problems. First, we needed an easy way to manage employee spending on travel, entertainment, etc. Brex has done a great job with this. It is easy for me to quickly and easily see how much each employee has spent and how much may be remaining. The second problem is easy expense payment. A large portion of our expenses are international contractors. We are able to use Brex to quickly and easily pay these contractors in multiple foreign currencies.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

Upon using the platform and services, I must say that it was fantastic because it is easy to navigate for whatever information you need. Every time you need a report the platform can easily be guided it is like a step-by-step on what information and data you need then you already have all the reports needed When times that there is a problem in a transaction, the Brex team never fails to deliver excellent service and support. They always make sure that for every transaction that has a problem, they have a solution and provide it to me. I must say that in my daily use of the platform, we can run a business smoothly with peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

Hopefully, there will be a much easier procedure concerning international transactions so the customer/client would be easier for them to process with a piece of minimum information and requirements.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pending transactions, the Brex team always provides excellent service by giving you details information and specific solutions to understand the situation, and through the solution given, it benefits us as well the customer to accomplish the needed task to be done. And also they help you with those transactions that can go through for some overlooked details that clients/customer misses to supply the information. However since they already have a previous transaction in your account, the Brex team will manually help you to complete it and notify you that they have made some action and the payment will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. That is amazing I must say.

Brex has been instrumental in consolidating and streamlining our AP and team cards for expenses. Having everything housed in 1 easy-to-use tool that also syncs with our systems is a game changer in leveling up our day-to-day efficiencies!

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

No major complaints. It does everything we expect it to do. There are some nice-to-have feature updates that we share with our dedicated Account Manager.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous to using Brex our team was using multiple systems and nothing was consolidated. This not only led to confusion, it also took more time to reconcile if ever needed. The ease of use and ability to sync everything into 1 system that talks back with QuickBooks has been instrumental.

**What do you like best about Brex?**

The Brex credit card management software is by far the best we've ever used in our corporation. It has streamlined our expense processes and increased efficiency significantly. Brex customer support has been very attentive and responsive in addressing any questions or concerns that I have.

**What do you dislike about Brex?**

There are very few disadvantages to using Brex. They are always evolving to include new features requested by clients. Our biggest challenge so far has been completing the onboarding for our less tech-savy users.

**What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having issues with our cardholders not submitting receipts and identifying the correct category or classification for their expense reports. It would take me weeks to get all the information I needed to complete the monthly reporting. Brex provides real-time reporting for both submitting necessary documentation as well as facilitating communication between the accounting department and our credit card users.
