At this time I cannot say there is anything I like best about Brex, even on a noncomparision to another software level. I also, on a personal level as an admin, would like to be able to approve expenses on a report basis versus by single expense. There are ways to filter to get it condensed however, it is too many steps and once you go from that screen to another you have to filter all over again, each time. I do like that it is fairly easy to use on a daily basis and the Brex Team listens to our concerns and includes us in their process to help make Brex a more functional user friendly product. **What do you dislike about Brex?** What I dislike about Brex is that when changes are made within the software we are not informed of theses changes until the change has already been made - sometimes weeks after - and by this time we have had to reach out or basically figure out the change for ourselves. The reason I dislike this is because when have instructions specific to tasks for our Team Members within Brex and then we are bombarded with why the instructions they are following are not working for them anymore. The least helpful about Brex is the filters set up, one not being able to filter and get a cumlative total of a category without sending to an excel file and removing other expenses to get the total I need. The app does not have many functions as the desktop version and almost all of our Team Members rely on the app. Also from the intergration side we are seeing another companies coding in Brex, which causes our employees to code incorrect and Brex has yet to find a solution to get those removed. **What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel that it may be solving issues on our reporting side to which I am not to familiar with in my position. We swapped from SAP Concur which was a real headache for our staff. So far our experience with Brex has been much better and our employees are far happier with the experience. Having the card transactions feed automatically into Brex empower allowing employees to add receipts and memos instantly has been excellent. Customer support is very good and responsive and new features and updates are coming regularly so excited to see where the product goes. **What do you dislike about Brex?** Some features are slightly clunky and a bit slow at times. The app in particular either crashes are takes a long time to update at times. Certain features such as currency conversion are not available on the app. Also the scanning of the invoice for invoice/receipt data is not great. We have an Irish entity and autopay is not available in line with the US entities. **What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It benefits our organisation in a number of ways. It is easy to use and easy to administer in the main. It works well internationally and we appreciate the rewards we earn for using our cards for corporate spend. Adding receipts via their app is simple as is their website. Transferring funds via wire are quick and we get almost instant credit for our check deposit uploads. Due to the constant evolution of Brex, you may find a screen or functionality different from one day to the other. All records are exported through Journal Entries but if we t think about Netsuite the best way to export should be as expenses by employee. Prior to switching to brex, we had a card thorugh SYB and expensify platform. Therefore it wasnt seamlessly tied together. We have had great customer service with Mo as well. We do enjoy the travel portal as well and some of these more technical features we didnt have before Offboarding process is very nice **What do you dislike about Brex?** When going through demo, we were told numerous things that Brex could do, yet it was false. We are unable to do multiple mileage rates. GL Account (custom fields) is not able to be toggled as a required field (accounting annoyance) Using the customer service chat box we have been told one thing and then after speaking with Mo, the chat featue told us wrong **What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hacing controls. Over the last couple of years, they have made significant progress in making improvements on and bringing new features to their platform.
