We use it daily and the user experience is outstanding and allows me to accomplish 99% of tasks without needing to contact the customer support team. On the few occasions when I needed to update information, such as KYC details, the process with customer support was very quick and I managed to do everything without a single phone call. Features like good QB Online integration and the ability to create cards instantly are especially helpful as we slowly scale. As a scrappy startup with very limited resources, the seamlessness of Brex has been extremely valuable for us. I should also mention that we handle both inbound and outbound international payments, and Brex has been outstanding in this area compared to other major bank accounts. I truly cannot emphasize this enough. **What do you dislike about Brex?** This isn't really a dislike, as I don't have any major complaints, but I do see a significant shortcoming that seems common to almost every business bank account. Since we conduct many transactions in euros, the inability to hold funds in a currency other than US dollars is a real problem, especially as the value of the USD declines. **What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Managing corporate expenses - its easy to get an overall picture of our finances daily. 2. Managing team members - its quick to issue both general and specific expense cards and track them daily.
