The only knock is that they don't have VIP cards for our C Suite staff. They only have the fancy titanium cards for admins. Our old software only allowed for end of month reporting that caused large back-end work during our monthly close. Brex has helped us move up the timelines to have people submit their spend on a daily basis. The use of the internal machine learning to auto-code transactions and spend limits has saved us countless hours over our time with them. I definitely find the UI much more simple and intuitive, especially for creating virtual cards. Managing money with Brex is really simple, and we use their MMA feature. The management of virtual cards is quite easy, which I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to invite colleagues to manage a few things with user management and permissions is really good. I also like the perks associated with Brex, as well as the really good set of software features they've provided. I use Brex to cover a variety of expenses such as small SaaS subscription fees, travel expenses, and ad hoc purchases. It's a big time saver for work travel since I never have to create expense reports; I just snap photos of receipts or forward them via email. I also love the incredibly intuitive UI, it makes the whole experience easy to use. If I need more credit line any given month, it's very quick and easy for our admins to update my card's limit. If I were to ever accidentally use Brex for a personal purchase, I would be stressed out about how to fix that easily (ie, pay my company back). For example, I have Brex linked to my work profile on Uber. If I booked a personal trip on Uber using my work profile, I would have no idea how to fix that and would be stressed to loop in my boss to help me correct it. I find Brex simpler than American Express and easier to share globally with all of our employees. It saves employees from having to spend their own money and then get reimbursed, which is really convenient. The virtual cards are quick and easy to issue to employees. The interface is easy to work with, which helps solve a lot of problems we used to face. As an approver of card expenses, I enjoy the mobile app because I get email notifications to my phone whenever someone needs spend approval. Brex is an expense management software and it works well for that purpose. Brex also has an invoice processing component but it is not sufficient for it business. I like the interface and how we have debit cards tied to the account, which helps a lot for physical purchases. The auto online notifications are set up so every time an employee makes a purchase, we're able to see it and track it. Overall, I really enjoy the service. It's also been really user-friendly, and the online portal is good for managing everything. Customer service has been excellent, and I generally enjoy the service a lot. I think the only thing that can be improved is having an easier way to do same day transactions. It sometimes takes a delay, a day or 24 hours, to get money from one account to another.
