I definitely find the UI much more simple and intuitive, especially for creating virtual cards. Managing money with Brex is really simple, and we use their MMA feature. The management of virtual cards is quite easy, which I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to invite colleagues to manage a few things with user management and permissions is really good. I also like the perks associated with Brex, as well as the really good set of software features they've provided. In addition to Brex, we also have to use other tools like Intuit, QuickBooks, and our HR management system. I find Brex simpler than American Express and easier to share globally with all of our employees. It saves employees from having to spend their own money and then get reimbursed, which is really convenient. The virtual cards are quick and easy to issue to employees. The interface is easy to work with, which helps solve a lot of problems we used to face. As an approver of card expenses, I enjoy the mobile app because I get email notifications to my phone whenever someone needs spend approval. Brex is an expense management software and it works well for that purpose. Brex also has an invoice processing component but it is not sufficient for it business. I like using Brex for solving accounting and invoicing problems. It handles our accounting and invoicing needs really well. We also use it for managing our banking details, and overall, I find its user experience satisfying both on desktop and mobile. The initial setup was quite easy and smooth; we just had to fill out a form. Additionally, I find the integration with accounting software like QuickBooks a potential advantage. After using Brex for 5 years they changed the way they treat credit limits and cut ours by more than half unless we tie up 3 times the cash in the bank than previously required. Amounts that are placed on hold or show up as double charges aren’t easy to dispute. In my case, they still get deducted from the spending limit I have with my company.
