Example - in other platforms, you can daisy chain mileage on trips in a single day. as sales reps...this is what we do. We meet a client for breakfast, then take bagels to another client....meet another client for lunch....then coffee with another client....the drinks and dinner with another. Each one of these mileage entries is a separate painful entry. Other platforms help you organize your expenses around trips that you have taken. We used to use Amex so we understand how a point system should work. We have like 5M+ points with spotnana. I'm not exaggerating when I say I would not suggest spotnana to any person or business owner I know. First off; you can't book a flight for anyone under 18 years old....I have s young family. So right there over 50% of the people I wanna book a flight for I can't. Then you wanna book a hotel, well good luck. Not a single hotel seems to take these stupid spotnana points. I honestly feel like and trapped with this ridiculous company. I've been benefiting and using points for nearly a full decade, it's part of the benefits of running my own company. If you contact our agents, they can also assist you with booking flights and hotel reservations with points. The ability to book multi-passenger trips with minors is on our near term roadmap. At first the simplicity and ease of use, until they disabled my account with no warning and no explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Brex? Extremely poor customer service, ambiguity, utter lack of transparency. My experience with Brex was by far the worst I've ever had with any service provider. After one transaction they suspended my account and held all my funds - no explanation, questioning, or any communication at all. All service representatives either refused to talk to me because "I may or may not have violated something in our agreement," or were simply completely oblivious. All this while they held onto my funds. After days of miscommunication and fighting on my end, for a right to my own money, they unsuspended my account. No explanation, no apology, just silence. I am baffled that in the year 2021 any service provider can offer this poor level of customer service. I was spoken to like a criminal for a mistake on their end. My trust in them as the holders of my livelihood was completely violated, and I do not recommend using their services.
