I've interacted with Brex's customer service team several times over the last year. They're always quick to get in touch, understand what's going on, figure out the urgency of the issue, and help me resolve it. It's probably the best CS team of any B2B tool (incl. Stripe, Mercury Bank, and others). Even after each resolution, the team follows up with me again to ensure is everything is still going well. I also appreciate the ongoing product enhancements. It seems the team is actively releasing new features. I'm hoping some of these features will overlap with other providers, so I can consolidate my stack a bit. Unless you're introduced through a partner of theirs, it can be difficult. I used Pry (Brex's forecasting tool) for a short bit, but unfortunately, Brex's great customer service didn't make it to that org.
