Our organization has found Brex makes it easy to manage credit card expenses with their app that allows staff members to immediately capture their expense information and allows the folks in the back office to easily monitor those expenses. The app and the website are easy to use and includes emails and text messages to remind people to complete the back up information our accounting system requires. The Brex notifications are really helpful but if there was a downside (there's always a downside, right?) repetitive monthly charges such as NYT subscritions or consultant retainers also generate reminders to provide back up and I find that can be annoying when I'm in a bad mood. The ever present problem of getting staff members to document their expenses in a timely way without having to hunt them down is made soooo easy with Brex. Setting spending limits and earning points for the organzation instead of on individual staff personal credit cards is cool too.
