How they present pricing feels deceptive. In multiple places, their copy says that with the Standard plan you get up to "1M email sends" and "Up to 500k contacts," but once you sign up you find out you actually only get 5,000 email sends and 2,000 contacts. After that, you have to pay for those extra emails and contacts. They need to scrub their flow and ensure it's very clear to the buyer what the extra costs are going to be upfront and they should update the limits on all their pages. We had a very frustrating experience with Brevo Marketing Platform. Right from the start, the UI was not very user-friendly compared to other ESPs we've used in the past. Then it turned out that their delivery rate for our warm subscriber list is terrible - dropping to 68% from Mailchimp's average 97%, even though everything was set up correctly on our end, including domain authentication, etc. On top of that, the reporting features are very basic and minimal. I like the automations of Brevo Marketing Platform because when I create a form, and, for example, when going to a presentation, I can put a QR code, fill out the form, and automatically send an email with the product, like a PDF or a gift I wanted to give.
