Very intuitive and easy to use and to implement. I use automations to create customer loyalty. The process is very intuitive and allows me to choose from many options, which permits me to automatically segment the audience. New subscribers open the newsletters many times and click on them to learn more about all the content. I had some problems understanding some settings but the customer service was very quick to help me solve them. The regular campaigns provide me with very comprehensive statistics of the results and I can really understand the success of a mailing.

The management of a single contact is not so easy because if i would like to add a single contact, i've to do it starting from an empty form but, since i've got a lot of custom fields, this would take me a lot of time. I'd love if you can add a duplicate contact option so that i can clone the form of an already existing contact reusing all the fields in common and changing just what i need to change as for example, the email address and the name. Brevo seems well designed and very intuitive for new users to mailing/newsletter platforms. We like the creative billing structure, so you financially hit you have a large database, but only send out to a subset of your customers.
