Brevo's pricing makes it a good value for a marketer looking for a mostly fully functional email automation platform if you don't mind the occassional deliverability issues or missing features. I am very pleased with the new Auotomation builder and robust segmentation tools available. The email template builder is also one of the better ones I've used. Brevo's help center and API documentation are very incomplete which forces you to reach out to customer support more often than you should to get answers to basic questions. The good thing about Brevo's support is that they're consistently available via phone and email (no one ever answers chat for some reason), but unfortuntately that's the only positive. 9 out of 10 times my support tickets require a series of escalations before I'm able to get a resolution which can take a very long time. It's like the level 1 support agents only have access to the same help center material that I do and are equally clueless about how aspects of the platform work. Very frustrating. These are solvable problems if Brevo were to invest in upleveling their documentation and agent training.

We are a small busiess that manages 13 Medical Assocations of Doctors, many of whom belong to more than 1 assocation. Loading contacts to new distrubution lists is user freindly. Once you have the hang of the drag and drop and how to manage the look and feel you can create some really cool emails.
