Brevo helps a lot in both designing the email and in managing subscription lists. Very affordable in terms of both working with them and budgets spent. The support is top notch, I get quick answers and fast resolutions. Didn`t use their in-built AI though, however we might try for massive holiday dispatch. Performance is easy to be tracked, and we somehow have a very low pressing on Unsubscribe button. We integrated Brevo with our local Artificial Intelligence CRM, and all of new customers fall straight into our mailing list without any hassle. My User Experience is great overall, 10/10.
