Many features and is very easy to use. Great pricing. We previously had MailChimp and pricing got out of hand. Found SendInBlue and have been very impressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. Everything is working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brevo stands out for its ease of use, making the whole experience accessible even to those without advanced technical skills. The platform offers customisable templates that easily adapt to different needs, allowing you to create professional campaigns in just a few clicks. The clear and clear visualisation of the interfaces ensures intuitive navigation, making it easy to manage contacts, emails and automations.
Another strength is the drag-and-drop editor, which allows you to design engaging emails effortlessly. Automation capabilities are well-structured and help save time, while detailed reports provide a clear overview of campaign performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To connect your domain and ensure better deliverability of emails, you need to configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). Although it may seem complex to those with no technical expertise, Brevo provides detailed instructions to facilitate the process. This requirement is not dependent on Brevo, but it is a standard practice to comply with anti-spam regulations and improve email security Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a small UK charity and have been using bravo for just over a year. We have found Brevo to be excellent for email marketing and CRM. In my experience, it is easy to use and has a good range of features that suit our needs. We must use it for emaill marketing: we find the provision for transactional emails and segmentation straightforward and effective. The template builder has allowed us to create effective emails that enable us to communicate with our donors and supporters. The integration with CRM means we can manage our campaigns and donor relationships in one place.
We are currently free users on the platform, so it is of course highly cost-effective whilst offering all the functionality we need. We considered other platforms, but their free offerings were not enough for our needs, and they paid for offerings far too expensive for the use we would make of them. We make basic use of the analytics to give us clear insights into how well our emails are performing. Brevo’s customer support has been very helpful, especially when dealing with issues like Google’s anti-spam controls. They’ve provided clear guidance to ensure our emails reach our audience without being flagged, which is of course vital for maintaining our donor engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much to criticise, but I did find the newsletter design interface a bit tricky to get to grips with at first. One or two of the facilities are not entirely intuitive, but I contacted Support over these issues and got excellent help very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brevo stands out as an excellent email marketing platform with its intuitive interface and powerful features. I appreciate how easy it is to create professional-looking email campaigns using their drag-and-drop editor.
The segmentation and automation tools make targeting specific audiences simple, saving time while improving results. Additionally, their analytics dashboard provides clear insights, helping to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts. The affordability and scalability are also a plus, making Brevo ideal for both small businesses like myself and growing enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Brevo excels in most areas, there’s a slight learning curve when setting up advanced automations for the first time. However, their helpful documentation and responsive customer support quickly resolve any issues. Once you get familiar, the platform runs smoothly and efficiently. I've been using Brevo (formerly Bluehost) for my email marketing, and I’m honestly blown away by how smooth and effective it is. Before, I struggled with finding an email service that could handle my growing list without breaking the bank or getting overly complicated. But Brevo hit the sweet spot for me.
First off, the interface is super user-friendly – I don’t have to be a tech wizard to get things done. I can set up automated campaigns, segment my audience, and monitor my results all in one place. It saves me so much time and energy, especially since I’ve got a lot going on in my business.
The deliverability is spot on – my emails actually land in people’s inboxes, which is a huge win. I’ve also been impressed by their customer support. I had a couple of questions early on, and their team was quick to help, making sure I understood everything without being overwhelmed.
Brevo’s features are packed with value – from customizable templates to advanced automation tools – and it’s all available at a price that works for me. The platform is designed to scale with your business, which I love. I can see it growing alongside me as my email list and needs grow.
If you're looking for a reliable email service provider that won’t make you pull your hair out, Brevo’s the way to go. It’s easy, powerful, and just works. Highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far. A main thing I didn't like about other autoresponders was they were too complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple CRM tools, however, once I discovered Brevo, it was something innovative for me. I was used to boring pages with an interface that was not so attractive and intuitive, but once I started with the diagramming process, testing, and the great usability that Brevo offers me, it is a bit difficult for me to migrate to another platform. I love the way I can manage my lists and databases, the automation they offer me, and that in a single tool I can use it to cover my campaigns much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Regarding usability, I have no complaints, however, I would like them to have a payment system in Colombian pesos, since it is the country where I reside, other than that I don't feel any additional issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The enormous ease of quickly dispatching advertising campaigns. The application has formidable tools for generating the designs of the mailings, although I usually use other tools to generate mailings. I especially use Brevo with the WordPress Newsletter plugin to send newsletters of the content from my main site. One of the most interesting aspects is that there is no limitation on the frequency of sending campaigns. That is appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps what I haven't been able to use well is sending from WP using the email lists saved in Brevo. It might be a lack of my own skill. I'm not sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using Brevo for some time now and having tried several other platforms for sending my newsletter before, I have to say: I am absolutely thrilled!
It's not just that the operation is intuitive and easy to understand and that the support has always been friendly and competent, but also the ability to choose a tariff option that suits me and my project, which excites me.
Even the free offering is powerful and includes everything needed to start the adventure of newsletter marketing.
For this reason, Brevo is far more than just a simple email marketing tool for me. It is a loyal companion that helps me keep in touch with my readers and thus an indispensable tool that I no longer want to do without!
For those looking for a solution that is suitable for both beginners and advanced users, offers first-class support, and includes plenty of great and useful features, I can only highly recommend Brevo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I personally don't quite like is that Brevo (currently) cannot be connected with the sales platform Digistore24. Other newsletter platforms like Mailchimp can be integrated there for customers at the time of purchase. However, this is not really a negative point, just something I would personally wish for and would represent an additional plus point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using Brevo for a while now, and honestly, there’s a lot to like about it. First off, it’s incredibly convenient—it’s like having all my marketing tools in one place. Whether I need to send out email campaigns, set up SMS marketing, manage my CRM, or even chat with customers live, it’s all right there, saving me the hassle of juggling multiple platforms. The interface is super easy to use, so I don’t need to be a tech expert to get things done, and the customization options for campaigns are fantastic. I also appreciate how they’re constantly updating the platform with new features and improvements; it makes me feel like I’m always getting more value. Plus, their pricing is refreshingly flexible, with a free plan for beginners and affordable options as you scale. For a small business or startup, it’s a solid all-in-one solution. There are a few things about Brevo that don’t quite hit the mark for me. The initial setup can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re not particularly tech-savvy, and I found myself spending more time than I’d like trying to figure out certain features. While their customer support is generally good during the week, I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get help on weekends, which can be frustrating if something urgent comes up. Also, while the platform covers a lot of ground, it doesn’t excel in every area—if you’re looking for hyper-specialized tools for things like advanced email marketing analytics or automation or sales automation, there are other platforms that might do a better job. Still, for what it offers and the price point, I think Brevo is a pretty solid choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a user of Brevo Marketing Platform, what I like most is its simplicity and versatility. It is a very intuitive platform that allows managing email marketing campaigns, SMS, and automations efficiently. Additionally, its segmentation and personalization tools are very powerful, which makes it easier to create more relevant messages for each audience.
Another strong point is its integration with other tools and its detailed analysis of metrics, which help optimize strategies and continuously improve results. In general, it is a very complete solution for any digital marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least about Brevo Marketing Platform is that, at times, some of its advanced features can be a bit limited compared to other platforms on the market. For example, the design options for forms and landing pages could be more customizable to better suit specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an excellent tool for our email marketing needs. It's straightforward and easy to use, even for someone who isn't super tech-savvy. The drag-and-drop email editor is intuitive, and there are plenty of pre-built templates to get you started. What I really appreciate is the automation features. Setting up workflows for follow-up emails and segmenting our audience has saved us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Brevo covers the basics very well, some of the more advanced features (like detailed reporting and A/B testing) feel a bit limited compared to other platforms. Load time for the dashboard is slow at times, which can get frustrating if you're managing multiple campaigns. Also, after the rebranding from Sendinblue to Brevo, the price increased rapidly and it is already starting to be quite expensive compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
