What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

Very accessible in concept, it allows me to manage my contacts and it is also free for associations. I even manage to synchronize my contacts across multiple platforms, with Hubspot and Outlook in particular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we like is the fact that the platform is in French, the ergonomy and it is easy to create emailing campains.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

We appreciate Brevo's flexible pricing that grows as the business grows. This is much better than some other CRMs, that have very high fees right out of the gates. It's also easy to use and customer support is fast and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I haven't been able to find a way to create unique unsubscribe options for my customers (i.e. "I prefer to receive emails only once a month" or "I prefer to receive only feature updates" etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
