Besides the possibility of using it as a fully GDPR-compliant CRM, automation is a big and important point for me. Automations are so important for working efficiently. Furthermore, the ease of use is another plus point; if a software is not intuitive to use, then you don't use it, I know this from my job. I don't see this issue with Brevo, and I use it more and more for my clients and deals, I use it daily in my routine. Sometimes you also need help, and here you can easily rely on customer support and get a quick response. I also use ZAPIER, and I'm glad that there is an easy integration here, without having to send the GET or POST requests yourself. Regarding implementation or settings, there isn't much to say; the way you have to implement it or how to carry out the important configurations is simply explained. Great that the Automation Editor is now equipped with a simpler WYSIWYG and you can logically connect the steps with each other. It is still in the beta version and I still miss the ability to pass variables between each other.
