What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

They have many free services and you can also just purchase credits, when necessary, to send more emails, without necessarily having a monthly subscription.

So very useful for small businesses like mine, which do not want to have too many fixed costs.

The automation part then works very well: you can customize the sending of emails to the maximum.

Excellent support: I had an initial problem connecting the site (wanting to do everything myself and not being an expert) and they supported me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For now, I have nothing to report.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

We're most impressed by the relative ease of using Brevo to reach out to existing customers as well as prospects (collected via double sign-up or personal contact, e.g. during trade shows).

Also, Marketing Automation workflows are easy to master - especially compared to complicated systems such as Hubspot.

Also, the implementation & deployment as well as the integration with existing tools was pretty easy!

Regarding customer support, we found Brevo very responsive & helpful (even though we did not need to interact with the support team a lot, since the functions are pretty self-explanatory). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features are not totally intuitive, but that might be due to a generational gap & the habit of jumping right into a text instead of reading the headline/instructions.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

We are a creative agency specialising in Wordpress Website Design & Development, online and digital marketing and graphic design. We build Brevo into almost every project we touch, becuase it not only provides valuable insights with customers, but also a great way to track communication via a specific adress!

Ease of integration and setup, is a win!

This allows us to do a handover, empowering our clients to take the statistics and marketing into their own hands - not all our customers take this option, but for small businesses, this is a must!

Brevo gets used daily by many of our customers and we've never had any issues! More than 60 of our customers have Brevo accounts that we manage.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

We get frustrated with the fact that there is not a merchant account that allows for segmented use/access and that the chatbot can only be connected to one domain.

If there were multiple chatbots with various domain settings, it would make the automation and customer communication even better!

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

Besides the possibility of using it as a fully GDPR-compliant CRM, automation is a big and important point for me. Automations are so important for working efficiently. Furthermore, the ease of use is another plus point; if software is not intuitive to use, then one does not use it, I know this from my job. I do not see this issue with Brevo, and I use it more and more for my clients and deals, incorporating it into my daily routine.

Sometimes you also need help, and here you can easily rely on customer support and receive a quick response.

I also use ZAPIER, and I am glad that there is a simple integration here without having to send the GET or POST requests yourself.

Regarding implementation or settings, there is not much to say; the way you have to implement it or how to carry out the important configurations is simply explained. Many topics are described in the help section, or you can use the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

Great that the Automation Editor is now equipped with a simpler WYSIWYG and the steps can be logically connected. It is still in the beta version and I miss the ability to pass variables between each other.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I was using Active Campaign and was paying increasingly higher prices when I decided to look for an alternative and found Brevo. I find Brevo's pricing model much fairer, limiting by sends, not by contacts. I think it's unfair and predatory to charge so much to store an email address that I'm often not even using - including making it difficult to delete contacts I don't want in the database by imposing deletion limits, with the aim of keeping the plan at a higher price for as long as possible, which I consider predatory. Brevo works perfectly, the messages reach the inbox, the notifications work, everything is simple to do. I really like Brevo a lot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

When there is a problem (which is not very common), the contact is only through the help desk, which takes more than 1 day to respond to each interaction. To resolve any simple problems takes days because each interaction is another 1 or 2 days for a response. I find the support slow and inefficient. I believe that Brevo should invest more in native integrations with the main tools in the market - this is a point that generates additional cost and work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the intuitive approach and the ability to duplicate campaigns to reuse formats, styles, and sometimes content to be consistent in my communications with my clients.

I like having the ability to upload my images and colors.

I like giving precision to the form my content takes.

What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I am able to import/export my userbase easily. It allows me to easily set up transactional emails and create marketing campaigns. I can design campaigns using its builder tool, and schedule them. This marketing platform allows me to send mails to targetted demographics as well. I can use this to outreach, cold email, retarget, and reengage employees easily. What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I love Brevo and marketing automation for a few reasons. It is effortless to set new automation, and it has so much choice of when, if, what, etc. I have only used it for a few months, but I love it and am still learning the features. It is very easy to use for someone who is not tech-savvy. Support is also brilliant. I had to contact them a lot when I started using the platform, and they are great, fast, and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

It doesn't have good integration with WP in the forms plugin and always gives me problems with sending the Double Optin template. I have already opened several tickets on the issue and they haven't managed to solve it. When it was SendinBlue, everything worked much better. The new editor crashes from time to time and I would like the customer profiles to be clearer. Now it is more expensive and the operation is more cumbersome. Integration with the WP plugin. It works very poorly, sending the templates in duplicate, which makes the customer's welcome experience terrible. What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

I've been using Brevo's Customer Data Platform for more than a year now, and it has completely transformed the way we manage and utilize our customer data. It is easy to implement as it has brevo extension for our magento2 platform. Hence it is out of box easy to integrate to our existing ecommerce.

Campain dashboards , lead generation , tracking of campaigns is easy due to brevo customer data platform. Collection of customer data is also good , you have multiple option to import.

Customer service is good and i recommend this for small scale bussiness to medium scale. They provide daily 300mails / day free of cost so that you can have try it for your bussiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

Even though there are many features, the drawback is that one cannot create a page as desired, for example: inserting 2 icons side by side and practically touching, without having to tinker to try to achieve this result which will not work. Furthermore, creating a more flexible page like on Canva, for example.

Second point: when we create an email, it must be responsive and adapted for each format (computer, phone...), only when we change here, it automatically changes there, we waste time finding a middle ground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
