What do you like best about Brevitaz?

They know how to reign the chaos. We wanted Brevitaz to manage one of the complex product module in Advertisement domain. Brevitaz management and development team helped us streamlining processes and also helped enhancing the product in the most meaningful ways. Product included complex cloud native architecture and tricky third-party integrations which they handled seamlessly and ensure good quality deliveries all the time. Their proactive collaboration on work and constant feedback cycle proved to be pivotal to success of the project. It is more effective to give more ownership to them for management. Their process orientation can bring a positive difference in delivery quality while reducing management overhead from client. What problems is Brevitaz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brevitaz development helped us enhancing and stabilising product in which worked spanned from cloud development, third-party api integration, some parts of devops, test automation, manual testing and documentation. What do you like best about Brevitaz?

I liked their code quality & delivery quality for the project. Before taking Brevitaz services, we contracted 2 other vendors for development services and unfortunately we had to end the engagement with those due to poor quality. They ramped up in the project quickly, contributed effectively in analysis & designing process. Frequent and effective communication from the management and team made the job easy for us. When we started the engagement, we didn't have streamlined processes on our end. We incorporated their process suggestions for related to Agile processes and they were quite helpful. Sharing what matters for your product clearly with them be it speed of development, delivery quality, code quality or minimal management overhead. What problems is Brevitaz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brevitaz mainly solved staffing problem for us. It was difficult for us to hire in-house highly skilled developers on cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Scala, Cassandra, Apache Spark, ReactJS. They helped us quickly rampup team on these skills and provide timely & quality deliveries. Their management processes were effective. They ensured if a developer resigns, there is another dev ramped up already and ready to pickup and there isn't knowledge loss or additional cost for the rampup of new dev. As with any outsourcing partner, you have to set up clear lines of communication and ensure there are clear priorities and requirements. Depending on your location, you may be working with significant time delays, so the team needs to have clear direction and the autonomy to make decisions when you or your team aren't available. We began working with Brevitaz on a few isolated projects, but over the years we've expanded our relationship so that Brevitaz is now a key part of our development team.
