They’re very good at innovation and interactive content. We have multiple segments as well as clientele in the US and Toronto, and they customize the message and the images within the emails. Compared to other marketing companies I've worked with, Brenton Way seems to have experts for each of the different fields that we were looking for like content and SEO, as well as Facebook and Google marketing. Some of the agencies we used in the past consisted of one person trying to do everything. They may have been strong in terms of SEO, but lacking in the Facebook ads area, for example.
