Once you know how to navigate the invite teams it's great to be able to add a hiring manger to their job post and also add a whole team of hiring members to a specific job post so the hiring managers receive the applicants as they apply. Also being able to add templates is nice when you have different needs for the different job posts and once the templates are created you can use themn over and over again. Candidates receive error message saying that they already have applied for the position and it won't let them re-apply.
