The customer service really stands out compared to competitors, with Basil and Saleem being very quick to respond, taking feedback and implementing new changes, even if they are specific to our clients. Breezing simplifies the ingestion of on-chain data, classifications, and tax lot calculations. The team, being accountants themselves, has built the product based on the problems they've experienced, which adds a lot of value. Furthermore, the initial setup is always very simple, and the customer service is a strong point, with Basil and his team ready to provide any needed support to reduce the lift from our side. **What do you dislike about Breezing?** I mean, to be honest, I think Breezing is always looking to improve and always listens to feedback. They continue to keep adding new chains, etcetera. And dealing with these more complex chains like Solana and how we can deal with higher volume clients that have more revenue transactions. We can do more to simplify the transaction volume there through things like balance difference. **What problems is Breezing solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Breezing to quickly ingest and classify on-chain data, simplifying tax lot calculations. The calculation and all the options to ensure a proper tracking including cost basis etc. is great. Once you are familiar with the tool the setup and implementation and integration is easy and if you have questions the customer support is fast and helpful. **What do you dislike about Breezing?** If you have no experience with the tool you need someone who is showing / explaining the features, but then it is easy in use.
