5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

Breakcold is a game-changer for B2B relationships. Its integration, engagement insights, and personalization capabilities make it indispensable. While some user onboarding and stability enhancements are needed, Breakcold's strengths make it a worthwhile investment for businesses seeking to excel in modern B2B interactions.

Here's my brief breakdown of how BreakCold stands out from other CRM systems:

Contemporary Integration: Breakcold seamlessly merges Email, LinkedIn, and Twitter within its CRM, streamlining communication and removing the hassle of juggling platforms.

Insightful Engagement: Gain real-time insights into engagement across channels, enabling informed decisions for tailored interactions and improved relationship nurturing.

Personalization Power: Breakcold's data-driven personalization tools enhance customer connections, going beyond transactions to foster genuine relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

Here are some improvments needed:

Learning Curve: Transitioning from traditional CRMs might pose a slight learning curve due to Breakcold's modern approach, necessitating additional onboarding resources.

Platform Stability: Occasional minor glitches and performance hiccups hint at room for improvement in platform stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect software for my agency needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

Besides loving that I get a CRM and can engange with prospects from one place I love the content that the founder puts out. It really helped me to level up my game, especially with the email outreach Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

I remember when I was trying to do this bulk action and just couldn’t figure it out. So, I reached out to the support team and they walked me through it. Sometimes, the steps or buttons you need aren’t all that clear, but the great part is that I can just shoot a message to the support team and they’re right there to help me out. "I had been waiting for such a software for a long time"
5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

I would have loved to have Breakcold much earlier in my company. LinkedIn has always been a major source for lead generation. The algorithm of LinkedIn makes it quite difficult to monitor target customers on a regular basis. Breakcold makes all this possible and even supports commenting posts and messaging them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

It is not Breakcold's fault, but a feature to preserve your LinkedIn account. When monitoring many people on LinkedIn it takes days until all posts are updated in Breakcold. We all know that LinkedIn acts quite critical upon too many requests from 3rd party integrations and sometimes banns people from their account. Therefore, what looks like a a faulty behavior is there to prevent problems with LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OUTREACH DONE RIGHT! The Right Way and the ONLY way you should outreach."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

I like the awesome UI. I love the pipeline. The ability to just smoothly integrate both linkedin, twitter (now X), and email. Come to think of it, it's all in one single platform! The platform's fast to sync with the accounts too! We've synced 2k leads and it just took less than 3 minutes to sync all their information from CSV fetched to LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

There's not much to dislike here, despite what other people say. I like it because it solves a problem, and a pain that I and my company has for outreach. So, disliking the platform is more of a personal preference for me now. So, if I don't like something, with all the research and the reviews that I see, I may or may not get it. BUT if I were to pick something, it would be, the ability to see the previous conversations, and integrating to external platforms easier, and more automation allowance. "Outreach and contact tracking made easy"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

Breakcold has a browser extension that gives you the option to add people on LinkedIn to your Breakcold account. Once added you can track the posts they made, which is very helpful in ensure you don't miss out on engaging with a potential client's content.

There is also a basic social CRM allowing you to track prospects from cold to closed, and you can easily interact with them via a LinkedIn or email message sent directly from the app.

There are a number of integration options available for tools such as Pipedrive, Airtable, Calendly and Hubspot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

It currently lacks the automated LinkedIn outreach capabilities of other tools, however as some of those tools have been known to cause account bands that's likely a good thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BreakCold Makes Outreach Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

One thing I like about Breakcold is that I can manage leads from LinkedIn, Twitter, and email, all in one place. I don't have to switch between different platforms. I find this feature saves me time and cuts down the number of apps I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

When dealing with support, I do hope they can respond speedily. I don't expect them to be 24/7, but at least they should reply within a day. And I prefer more ways to contact the support as it only offers chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The new way of selling is here"
5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

it allows you to foster really good relationships for selling. It's the perfect way to engage with potential customers at scale. You can create seperate lead lists based on yoour own criteria like ticket size, industry and lead owner and have seperate feeds to engage the contacts with different cadences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

Email sequences are limited to 30 a day including follow ups

the linked in feed isn't a live update

you can't send connection requests so you need a different software for that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome way to manage LinkedIn prospecting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

We were looking to focus on LinkedIn prospecting, so it felt like Breakcold was designed just for us. What we love is the ability to really focus on the right LI prospects – to track, like and comment on their content; to manage leads in the CRM, and all from within the tool. It's really easy to use (good tuturials and support), and the interface feels pretty slick and modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

So far we've not come across any issues. It takes a little while to get started, but that's the same for many tools, even if they're quite intuitive. So there is a learning curve, but it's not that steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Probably the only CRM to effectively engage with prospects and close business"
5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

What I like best about Breakcold is its ability to streamline lead generation and customer engagement across multiple platforms. The platform's integration with LinkedIn, Twitter, and email allows me to monitor and engage with target customers from one place, saving me time and eliminating the need for multiple apps. The fast syncing feature and user-friendly interface make managing leads and accessing their information so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

The only dislike is that Breakcold is being developed with more features and functionality to come. You cannot reply by email, but I know it's being developed. I guess it's not a dislike of Breakcold but more of me being impatient for more exciting new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Ice Breaker!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Breakcold?

I used to use Salesforce for managing my B2B leads, but I found it frustrating to use and difficult to manage. I love how Breakcold integrates with LinkedIn, Twitter, and email to give me a complete view of my leads. As a salesperson, I need to be able to send tons of personalized emails. Breakcold’s email templates are easy to use and they’re made for salespeople. They also have a smart inbox feature which automatically organizes and categorizes your leads’ posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Breakcold?

I get confused sometimes in the interface as they are changing lots of things lately to improve the product. That's the good news at least since once I get the gist of it, it'll be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
