Brekcold makes it easy to nurture good relationships with potential clients & customers on LinkedIn, Twitter and email. It would be nice to connect Breakcold to Instagram too, to be able to build relationships there too (completely different audience). This feature alone would make Breakcold useful for over 90% of our clients (instead of the current 70%). If Breakcold could extend its CRM funcionalities and integrate into forms on a website (without losing its "LinkedIn first" approach), then 100% of our clients would use Breakcold, and we wouldn't need to implement a secondary CRM system either. "Warming up" our clients before reaching out, having all our conversations in one convenient place, and tracking where each of our clients are in their customer journeys is a huge benefit that no other software to date has been able to offer us.
