The tool is a little bit complex when you don't know much about statistics and decay models. So it was nice to have an onboarding tour to explain difficult concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When i came in contact with the software, i was actively looking for something similar, except my preference was for it to be mobike friendly. However, Bredcrumbs does not display well on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy lead scoring + good customer service (hands-on support)! Excited that they integrate well with HubSpot which is the CRM we use for both Marketing and Sales efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BreadcrumbsIO?

Not really an issue with Breadcrumbs itself but generally lead scoring is only as good as the data coming in. You still need a good data vendor or operations in order to help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fast and efficient lead scoring. The majority of this could be done with some extensive work on our end but BreadcrumbsIO basically does the heavy lifting for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
