Steps to reproduce were also not provided up-front for many items, involving a lot of support back-and-forth to determine root causes. Finally, the website isn't all that great. It's slow, the sorting/filtering on the vulnerabilities is clunky and inconsistent, and support features don't seem to integrate to the web-scanning results like they do for regular vulnerabilities.
