What do you like best about Braze?

I find the user interface of Braze very easy to use. New employees and junior managers can quickly get up to speed, which leads to relatively efficient usage. The setup of segmentation, canvas, and campaigns is very good. Additionally, the testing time is impressively fast – test SMS, test emails, and test in-app messages can be sent quickly. What do you dislike about Braze?

In Braze's Canvas feature, it is not possible to depict truly complex and long-running user flows. Users cannot be sent back to the beginning or to another step they have already been to at the end of a flow, which increases the number of campaigns that need to be set up. There are differences in how segmentation can be used in the segmentation feature and in campaign segmentation, which is a major problem. Segment extensions are not synchronized in real-time, but only once a day, which means they are not up-to-date 99 percent of the day. The analysis in Braze is very weak, especially regarding A/B testing and flow analyses, as only four can be set and nothing can be adjusted after the campaign starts. Email marketing practices, such as countdowns and access to GIF platforms, are missing in Braze. The landing page feature is very weak and has not been optimized for a long time.
