"User-Friendly and Efficient Marketing Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I find Braze very user-friendly. Even without a lot of experience with automations or understanding how triggers work, I can easily set up campaigns, create emails, landing pages, and more. The initial setup was very easy, and the support team was really helpful, which makes me very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

I don't think there is anything that doesn't work well. I would say that sometimes the segments could be a little more technical. Meaning I could create specific segments at the campaign or at the canvas levels, but this doesn't affect our work or experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration with Robust Multichannel Capabilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I use Braze for customer journey orchestration and deploying multi-channel campaigns. I like that it allows marketers a user-friendly way to create multichannel journeys. I appreciate the ease of use and how it can seamlessly connect with other platforms in our tech stack, especially with our customer data platform mParticle. This integration enables multi-channel personalization for us, which is a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

The email editor is not really usable as a drag and drop editor for us. We use another tool for this. The AI Agent functionality is good for asking questions, but ideally, it would be able to take action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Self-Serve Tool with Room for Print Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I really appreciate the self-serve capabilities of Braze, which allow me to handle the entire process from designing the email to selecting data and actually deploying it. This feature helps me be reactive and timely in my communications. I also like how quick we can deploy communications to our customers with Braze, which was an issue with our previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

Not being able to provide a print solution. We don't just need to send emails or SMS to our customers; we also have customers that are non-digital, so we need to serve them with a letter which currently we are unable to do in Braze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Segmentation, Needs Better Email Builder"
4/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I really like how building segments with Braze is really easy. It's also really easy to create branch splits and handle all the different logic within the canvases, which are really customizable. I like how Braze ingests data so that I can personalize effectively with all the different custom attributes and custom events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

This is a bit picky, but in the email building section, we use HTML, and there's, like, one part that is the HTML code and then the right-hand side is just the same thing. Feel like we should have a live HTML render when we're editing the code. That would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multiple channels in one place with lots of capabilities to move data around"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

Braze is flexible with its endpoints and how you can get the data in and out. Also, I can say that the dashboard is quite simple and always have new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

Braze is a large product built for different types of businesses, but it doesn’t feel like it’s really targeting big companies with large MarTech teams. The API options are very narrow, and there aren’t enough programmatic capabilities for a MarTech team that needs more flexibility and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Communication with Ease, But Needs UI Tweaks"
4/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I used all the features of Braze to efficiently send out App Pushes, In-App messages, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I love having all our comms, results, and overviews in one place. I really like the Canvas Builders and its simplicity, which allows us to have an entire journey in one place. It makes it easy for us to check results, make updates, and make adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

I would like more ability to change layout. Have different channels to be colored so I can tell difference between SMS, App and Email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Responsive Platform with Great UI, Integrations, and Helpful Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I like the user interface, range of integrations and availability of data that can be exported from the platform. The system is responsive and the onboarding/account management team has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

It's overall a strong product. One specific issue I have is with the search functionality of segments. I often struggle to find the segments I need even if I enter the exact name of the segment I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly CRM with Unique Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I find Braze really unique and quite easy to navigate. It's user-friendly, and I appreciate that you don't have to use everything; you can get additional help if needed. The platform operates with user-friendliness in mind, making it easy even if there are new things I haven't used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

I'd say the aspect of trying to offer you a lot of different work from previous campaign into another one. So unless you've saved it as a content block and stuff before, it's not so easy with the drag and drop option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly / full functionality"
5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I use and advocate Braze for email, push notifications and in-app notifications. It is user-friendly, with every functionality available in the right places. If you care about security and a wide range if possibilities for your campaigns, you should try Braze. Addition of AI is also extremely helpful in saving time and getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

The reporting aspect could be improved, filtering, etc. as well as the documentation for advanced features. Deleting Canvases/campaigns is a must add. Adding here that changing the interface and platform UI very often is sometimes confusing to adapt to, and it’s difficult to go back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Powerful Email Marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about Braze?

I find Braze very easy to use, thanks to its great journey mapping interface and user-friendly design. The integration with email design platforms allows for seamless syncing. I also appreciate its dynamic capabilities, offering endless opportunities for personalization using rich data, custom attributes and canvas context. It's easy to pick up the skills and pass them on to new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braze?

Some of the elements used in journeys are a bit fiddly. I also wish there was an option to turn on auto-save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
