The software is easy to use and very user friendly. The customer service is above & beyond all other companies I've used in my 20 plus years of pawn broking. They do pawns right and generally the system seems to be built from a pawnbroker's point of view, and not a software engineer. The regulations and perameters are customizable which also helps. We have a lot of repeat loan customers that pawn the same item over and over. Bravo makes quick work of this. You just select "Reloan", select the item, and hit Save. What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you? Before joining Bravo my gun log organization was a nightmare. I used to have to search through piles of 4473's to respond to an ATF trace. Now I just enter the serial number into Bravo and wham - there it is. The software is simple to use if you have employees and your pawnbroker he's not readily available they have tools to be able to continue to do business on your behalf without a tremendous amount of shouldering!
