Hardly ever dovtheychavecto call you back, there is sissy's someone available to help with your issues right there and then, which allows us to get back on track with our customers **What do you dislike about Bravo Pawn Systems?** When we converted over the pictures from previous items did not convert over from past loans from recurring customers **What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Product estimator is very helpful to our emoloyees ### 2. The customer service is above & beyond all other companies I've used in my 20 plus years of pawn broking. Bravo is always on the cutting edge of technology. When suggestions for improvement are requested, Bravo works hard to add these improvements. **What do you dislike about Bravo Pawn Systems?** None at this current time. If I had any small complaint it would be less fees, but I understand you are in the business of making money like all of us. **What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** To assist in pawn broking for all types of users. It also teaches new employees about what certain products need to be complete based off the estimator. ### 3. The regulations and perameters are customizable which also helps. ### 4. We have a lot of repeat loan customers that pawn the same item over and over. Bravo makes quick work of this. You just select "Reloan", select the item, and hit Save. **What do you dislike about Bravo Pawn Systems?** I haven't found anything I dislike about Bravo at this time. **What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before joining Bravo my gun log organization was a nightmare. I used to have to search through piles of 4473's to respond to an ATF trace. Now I just enter the serial number into Bravo and wham - there it is. I can see the customer name and date the gun left the shop so I can go straight to the 4473. Made my work a whole lot easier. ### 6. Their estimator is fantastic and layout of the program is great **What do you dislike about Bravo Pawn Systems?** The system can be a little more complex than necessary but this issue is extremely minimal. **What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** BPS has helped solved the issue of outdated pawn software. They're on top of everything and will go above and beyond to help with any issues that arise! ### 7. You create your lending and buying Strategies Right in the software. You have alternate Selling platforms i.e. eBay, Buya, usedguns.com and more. **What do you dislike about Bravo Pawn Systems?** I can say, if I had an option to scroll two bravo windows and toggle )back and forth) between them that would be amazing! Only one at a time for now!? **Recommendations to others considering Bravo Pawn Systems:** The support is one thing that is incredible part of Bravo. You need something, have a question, have a concern or even have an issue that you don't know how to solve, they can and will help! **What problems is Bravo Pawn Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** What the true value if an item that is NOT readily known or available!
