**What do you like best about BRAVO?**

For its comprehensive set of tools that promote employee engagement and recognition, such as the competitive Leaderboard, automated celebrations, goal management

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

Bravo points must be used by the end of each month and cannot be carried over, so it would be beneficial if Bravo made it explicit that rewards do not accumulate for claiming larger prizes.

**What problems is BRAVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bravo offers a powerful platform to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance among coworkers across the industry. When someone recognizes a colleague through Bravo, the recipient receives Bravo points that can be redeemed for a variety of options, including online stores and hotels.

One remarkable feature is the ability for employees to transfer their surplus points to their peers, fostering a culture of generosity and camaraderie. Ultimately, Bravo serves as a powerful motivator for employees across the industry, inspiring them to strive for excellence as they witness their colleagues receiving recognition and rewards through the platform

User-friendly interface
Online/offline mode mobile app, with lots of features like location navigation, team gamification , chat, announcements....
Employee real time tracking
Very strong customizable dashboards

**What do you dislike about BRAVO?**

There is no cloud version
Need to support more languages

**What problems is BRAVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning tasks to field agents, handling incidents, tracking field agents, ad understand important KPIs from an extensive set of dashboards.
