Kenexa allows me to view multiple applicants quickly with a great home page that lists all the current requisitions and number of new entries vs total entries. Working for a large company with numerous different locations, an applicant can apply for a position and everyone can see and act on the entry - would be easier if it listed an applicant's preferred location or just locked out other locations from seeing them once the screening process began.
