Brandworkz keeps things simple - when it comes to organising marketing information and photographs, it is perfect for our company - we can move product images and videos around quickly between photographers, employees and customers wherever they are in the world - and at the same time stay on brand as Brandworkz is really easy to personalize. Once all company branding is applied nothing needs to be done, other than use the software to manage photos and marketing information as required- if it does need updating or changing it is all really simple. The initial upload of high resolution TIFF files can take a while, but this is pretty standard with uploading images anywhere, but once they are uploaded to Brandworkz it is all very simple and straight forward and they can be accessed and moved around quickly. Thanks for your comments Alison. Regarding your experience with slower uploading of Tiffs, your site is being upgraded this week to software version 7.1. In that software release there are some major infrastructure improvements including moving Brandworkz hosting to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
AWS has servers located in multiple locations all over the world. The servers are up-to-date, robust and powerful so they offer a faster overall experience when using a Brandworkz site. There is less latency so uploads will be faster.
In addition AWS can automatically add more servers to cope with peak demands such as the bulk uploading of a large amount of high resolution videos or images.
So you will see a marked improvement in upload times for large files. Thanks again for your feedback, Alison.

Most Brandworkz users find the search feature will locate assets effectively and efficiently. Search widgets appear on the home page and on various other landing pages throughout the system.
We work to build and configure the system with our direct clients and always have end users in mind. However, user needs change and the system is built to be easily changed too.
