## About Brandworkz
Brandworkz is a cloud-based digital asset management and brand management software platform for marketers and brand managers. It is designed to be the central content hub of your marketing ecosystem. With so many marketing channels and so much content, it is easy to lose a grip of whether your agencies, distributors, sales people, partners and colleagues are communicating the right messages to the right audiences at the right time. Brandworkz enables you to centralise, manage and share marketing and brand content; allow artwork editing and even oversee marketing production activity. You enable consistent messaging and a strong brand across multiple countries and media channels. Brands like Boeing, JLL, Dr. Martens and Cambridge University are already using Brandworkz to increase marketing efficiency, get messages to market quicker and strengthen their brands with consistent, integrated marketing communications.

**What do you like best about Brandworkz?**

The site seems to have a lot of features. 

**What do you dislike about Brandworkz?**

Nothing ever works right. We can rarely find what we need. Not sure it is a software issue or an issue with how we use it. 

**What problems is Brandworkz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows sales and marketing to have a common place to locate photos and documents.

> Hi. I'm Anna from Brandworkz and I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble finding assets in your Brandworkz instance. We'd love to help you solve your problem.  We work continuously with our clients to improve the system.

Most Brandworkz users find the search feature will locate assets effectively and efficiently. Search widgets appear on the home page and on various other landing pages throughout the system.

We work to build and configure the system with our direct clients and always have end users in mind. However, user needs change and the system is built to be easily changed too.

If you feel that the layout or features do not suit you, or that assets are missing metadata which would make it easier to find the images and documents you need, please let your site administrator know or email us directly at support@brandworkz.com. We will work with them to ensure you get the best experience of the system.
