It is great that we have a single source of truth for orders and inventory. I love that Brandwise shows photos on order confirmations and has all of the info my team needs to process orders easily. **What do you dislike about Brandwise Vision?** We wish we had more flexibility with how product was displayed when things are out of stock or discontinued. Our rep groups seem to have trouble processing product file updates- it would be nice if Brandwise could highlight just the changes to the file. **Recommendations to others considering Brandwise Vision:** Brandwise seems to be the industry standard. They have great support and are continually working on process improvement! **What problems is Brandwise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with outside rep agencies so they’re able to see our whole collection, write orders etc. ### 2. It does have just about everything you need. The support line is very useful and you can call them anytime. **What do you dislike about Brandwise Vision?** The system is very old, slow, and not on the cloud which makes syncing for multiple users difficult and clunky. **What problems is Brandwise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** Writing and sending orders. The look, the ease of access to information or past orders that have come through. **What do you dislike about Brandwise Vision?** The delay between receiving an order from when it was placed can be long, but never too long. **Recommendations to others considering Brandwise Vision:** You will love if you need to simplify your order managing. **What problems is Brandwise Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digital order taking has been a savior. Not only is information secure and stored, but it is a time saver as well.
