What do you like best?

I like the ease with which this tool helps me in the collection and analysis of information, I can't stop thinking about the incredible interface of this incredible tool. It also allows me to analyze and study conversations about the brand, to find new ideas, ideas, needs, innovations or opportunities that are born from consumer thinking, and the results it provides give a better understanding of auditory behavior. All of this creates incredible social listening for my clients. Not to mention the filter and rule system which, in my perspective, is incredibly easy and comprehensive compared to other tools. What do you dislike?

One of the things I do not like is that some mentions are the same, to be such a complete program they should improve the search capacity not to mention those comments that are repeated, it should also be mentioned that the data loading time is very Slow, yes, I could offer you the key to listening to customers, but the greater the range of opinions, the better the ability to listen to customers. It could also be said that it is a bit confusing when used since there are so many things inside it, that for some beginners they would not understand how to use it at the moment, not to mention the loss of time when some board cannot be saved automatically, this makes more slow the process. What do you like best?

Brandwatch has a well designed interface, it is very fast and almost totally customizable. Very useful tool that allows you to have an active presence on social networks. It has the ability to categorize negative mentions and keep them all in one place. I like the sentiment monitor's ability to organize and train conversations. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

It is a great research tool for planning and near real-time analysis is crucial to see trends, helps to identify influencers to expand the reach of a campaign. What do you like best?

It contains a high quality according to the segmentation of reports, which is a very useful function when exercising this software, facilitating a range of necessary information in an incredible way, because it has acquired a huge data source in its programming , which means that it maintains a spacious capacity to store these documents with very important characteristics for businesses, I like Brandwatch because clean and beautiful images can be easily incorporated into these files, both internal and external. What do you like best?

I like how its simple implementing this software with many user accounts and an excellent IPA integration. Brandwatch has the most effective customer engagement capability and very nice product foe simple tracking social media brands and also social media mentions on different platforms.

What do you like best?

Of all the tools I’ve used and tested (and I've used a lot), Brandwatch has by far the most flexibility, the most pertinent results, and allows me the most control of my data. It allows for extremely specific search queries within the results of a broader query so we can perform ‘in the tool’ analysis extremely efficiently and well. The new visualizations and training are very helpful -- and most of all, we are enjoying the Explore function in the query section where you can see and filter the results of any query on the fly -- and very specifically. What do you like best?

Brandwatch is probably the best solution out there to you social listening needs. Being able to constantly expand my data coverage in both FB and IG, the automation rules and many other features, makes this a very complete tool. Brandwatch gets updated almost everyday and new features get added from time to time, meaning it is a live platform which never stops learning about their costumer needs. What do you dislike?

There is a learning curve for you to be able to get everything as sharp as possible. The channels' performance analytics is a component that might not be as reliable as their listening capacities, but have been improved and updated constantly. Personally, we've been having some issues with queries suspending the data collection all of a sudden, leading us to duplicating these and repeatedly having to change the data sources on the dashboards. What do you like best?

Brandwatch as a platform is highly useful on its own. After having a few dashboards built out by the customer support team you will immediately start to benefit from Brandwatch's versatility and many filtering settings. Where Brandwatch really starts to shine is when users begin to really get to understand the platform and start building out their own custom dashboards, rules, and tools. This platform pays off exponentially as users learn how to customize it's tools to suite specific needs. Compared to other listening platforms we've used in the past, Brandwatch has a much higher payoff for mastery which makes any time invested in the platform feel more valuable than just the data and insights gained. What do you like best?

What I like the most is how accurate it is in terms of data since search and analysis tools tend to load quickly and with raw data that can be used at the moment.

We have carried out investigations with data from several years ago or hours ago and the information appears with the same quality, it has also helped us to make projections based on those data.

What do you dislike?

Having a limited number of mentions per price, this means that our company has a contract and our queries in some cases are for samples so as not to exceed the contract limit, but in emergencies this can be a trap since contingency cases such as COVID 19, the mentions are so many, that the sampling is much higher than what was contracted and puts us in predicaments for real-time analysis. Long-range research in time and data, we have been able to diagnose our clients how their perception evolves from years ago to date and that with the combination of other tools has allowed us to carry out strategies that have changed the way of communication of these brands (We are a public agency)

Just give it a try if you are seeking a social analytics solution.

They add new features for your need, they are fast. Their interface is so easy to use. If you have to add sentiment/category manually, Brandwatch's interface will help you a lot.

Dashboards are customizable, you can add your charts like a powerpoint slide.

I have used Brandwatch for our agencies annual client strategies and provide them insights for their new projects.

I have used Brandwatch Vizia for our clients' big events.

What do you like best?

I like the dashboard feature of Crimson Hexagon. My organization does weekly analytics reporting so it's great to be able to save frequently searched items for quick reference.

I also love how in depth, but easy to understand the analytics are. For example, the software doesn't just tell you things like people that may have seen your tweet. It also presents, who is most likely to be the reason your tweet got traction and how many followers they have. As a complete beginner to using social media analytics, Crimson Hexagon has been really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

For how much money it costs to use Crimson Hexagon, I was really surprised at the lack of onboarding and poor customer service. I don't think I've ever had a question actually answered by contacting customer support. Because it is such an extensive product that does so much, so well, I would have hoped to have a great onboarding process to be able to fully take advantage of all of Crimson's features. Recommendations to others considering the product:
