What do you like best about BrandOffice?

BrandOffice completely transformed the way we create documents. As a service-based company with heavy reporting needs across the entire organization. This product has improved the look and feel of all our deliverables and empowered employees to develop client-ready materials without marketing intervention. Paula and the team at BrandQuantum also helped us onboard with great care, and we just love working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BrandOffice is what you've always wanted, but it didn't really exist until now."

What do you like best about BrandOffice?

My CEO has been begging me for years to have a place where she can open a presentation and then just pick and choose the slides she wants. I tried to make SharePoint folders and different templates and all the options she needed but it didn't work. Then I tried a document management system where she could search for the words she wanted and then pull things together, but that had way too many steps for everyone. BrandOffice has allowed me to make multiple templates for different types of clients and ALSO create a library of individual slides that can be added at will, and it's all in one place for easy access! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandOffice?

At the moment, the only thing is that it can't be used by Mac or Web users (which is a very small minority of people on the team), but I know that stuff is coming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Sartini of BrandOffice

Thank you, Micky! We love working with you and the team. Look out for some new features we recently introduced into BrandOffice.

"Consistently branded Office documents and templates couldn't be easier"
5/5
What do you like best about BrandOffice?

BrandOffice seamlessly integrates into Office so that I don't need to open another folder to find the latest document templates or slides to include in my presentations. As such it is so quick and easy to access branded content from within the Office ribbon and I don't have to waste time searching for it. The brand standards are also included in the ribbon which means that brand fonts and colours are automatically used for all documents and presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrandOffice?

Nothing, BrandOffice is so easy to use and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Sartini of BrandOffice

Thank you so much for the feedback, Destiny! We sincerely appreciate it ;-)

What do you dislike about BrandOffice?

It's difficult to find fault in a product that continues to impress you on a daily basis. I've had a steep learning curve with the product over the last few months, and it's fantastic to discover things you needed but didn't know you had the need in the first place. The software continues to 'wow' me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paula Sartini of BrandOffice

Thank you so much for the feedback, Sarah! We appreciate all the feedback you've given us and look forward to working with you on your new upcoming projects soon.

Well that's what BrandOffice offers in a few simple clicks. It really makes creating these documents easy and quick, especially if one is not too clued up on the Office product in use.
