The solution’s ability to directly integrate with Salesforce is a major benefit. We got to the point where we were able to answer many of the marketing questions that we couldn't have before and in a timely manner. An example of this is 'What is the ROI for the total marketing program spend?' or 'What is the individual cost per lead – from a campaign perspective?' So, by using the tool we got answers to all these questions that we really haven't had before. In addition, their sales team is super helpful. Also, we benefit from the self-serve-training-videos, as they substantially lessen the burden of onboarding within our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Uptempo? They should be more flexible with pricing. The implementation component is also part of that, the implementation costs are a bit too high. In addition, the tool is highly customizable - if you don't have a clear PO or invoicing process with your financing department I would suggest working through those struggles before making the investment. In general - we are working towards an end-to-end marketing budgeting and planning experience. I dislike that there are multiple layers for each line item. It makes it confusing and hard to see certain elements (like Vendor name) that live at a lower level within the line item. Not least because of the very good first-level support of the BrandMaker colleagues, we were able to implement the system within the set budget and time frame. Finally, thanks to the Media Pool, we have managed to give all our colleagues worldwide access to our marketing materials. Some functions in the system could still be made more user-friendly. However, we are not yet using the latest system version - we are confident that some optimisations have already been made when we update to the latest version. The Media Pool as a database saves us double maintenance on drives (saving time and storage capacity) and enables all users to always have access to the latest version of a file. Thanks to the many search options, the search effort for media has been significantly reduced. Hive9 is so easy to use and helps to get my invoicing done much quicker! What problems is Uptempo solving and how is that benefiting you? I went from my budget sheet in Excel, which was slow to load and so many different tabs, to everything in Hive9. It has saved me so much time when I do my invoicing, and it is so much easier to find old invoices. Hive9 has helped free up some time, so I can focus my attention on other tasks to help out the business in other areas. I have never had a better experience with support and implementation of a product than I have had with the Hive9 team. The product itself is fairly straight forward. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a very powerful tool for planning and management of Marketing strategies and budget.
