As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. I also feel that BrandMail is a perfect fit in regards to what I was looking for. That is something that allowed me to have our company signatures easy to manage, and sync company wide.

Update 11/17/24: I just wanted to update my review after using Brandmail for over a year. We are still using the platform, and we love it! Tech support is top-notch, although we haven't had any problems with their software. They've helped us with other issues regarding our DMARC and SPF settings. We ran into an issue with them and they helped us correct it, which was wonderful. They didn't have to do that as it didn't have anything to do with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To this point, I don't dislike anything about Brandmail. They have met every expectation I've had and then some.

We have been utilizing BrandQuantum's software for several years, and it has consistently proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization. The leadership, engineering, and support teams are extraordinarily responsive and helpful in planning the deployment of the software and answering our technical questions.

BrandQuantum has also been flexible and creative in helping us identify how to design and configure our signatures for our unique needs. Everything from helping us work through allowing users to customize certain aspects of their signature to troubleshooting unique situations such as executive assistants who needed to communicate on behalf of our executive team.

BrandMail was introduced to our school via our Marketing department. Their aim was to ensure that our email signatures were highlighting our brand, and promoting any upcoming events using the banner option. The implementation was seamless and easy for our IT department to maintain on their own via our Active Directory. However, if we did get stuck on any aspect the customer support team were only an email or call away. Their prompt support ensured that there were no frustrations on our end. There are so many things to like about BrandMail, the professional graphics and links that can be incorporated into the email signature. The ability to have multiple banners to share information and marketing events. But for me it always comes back to the people and the exceptional customer service they provide. Our marketing team needed a custom banner for an event, so we reached out to Paula, and in no time at all her team produced an amazing banner based on our marketing literature.
