First and foremost the BrandLive staff from the sales team to the account management and production team has the best customer service and is the most accommodating and knowledgeable in the virtual platform space. We started using BrandLive for our virtual events after having a few negative experiences with other platforms and we now use them for every event we do even our in-person events! The platform is so easy for our attendees to use and it allows us to share meaningful content with attendees as well as highlight our sponsors and speakers in a simple and sophisticated way. The only downside of the platform is there is no networking feature for attendees to talk to each other BUT with our previous platform we did have that feature and no one used it so, in the long run, this worked out. The biggest drawback to using Brandlive might be the leg work to produce a live video broadcast on your own. I am referring to producing, directing, shooting and overall management of a large live broadcast.
