The onboarding process was excellent - thorough, approachable, and with lots of additional materials to go deeper when I needed to. Our first event was amazing right from the beginning. The Brandlive team was on deck providing support and guidance at each step along the way. Brandlive is a turnkey solution to broadcast a sales meeting or similar business need in the highest quality, with most technical and creative challenges covered. Our in-house team has limited resources, and I was concerned a new vendor would take a lot of work to get up to speed. What do you dislike about Brandlive? The only real feedback our audience had was the limited ability of the Brandlive platform to allow virtual attendees to ask questions via video. With the universal use of Teams/Zoom it's somewhat expected. But I think most were happy to make the trade-off for the higher production value the Brandlive platform brings. Using the Brandlive platform helps us reduce the cost of seasonal sales launch meetings, which traditionally have been in-person. We have used the Brandlive platform for the last two years, transitioning our seasonal sales meetings over from Teams. The platform is super intuitive, allows us to create a branded space and provides different elements that keep the content fresh and engaging. We had a few tech hiccups on the live day of our event, but the team responded quickly to rectify them and devised an action plan for future meetings to ensure the same issues don't arise again. When in-person events went virtual, due to COVID, we felt that we lost a lot of our brand personality during such events as platforms like Zoom and Teams don't allow you to add any branding or imagery to the platform. Brandlive allowed us to create a space that spoke to who we are as a brand and host content in an aesthetically appealing environment, whilst also being easy to navigate and engage with. Brandlive is a highly versatile, easy-to-use, powerful tool. We began using Brandlive back in 2020 after COVID shut down live events. After shopping around dozens and dozens of platforms, Brandlive was the hands-down winner. The freedom you have to customize this platform is simply unrivaled. Brandlive's team is a true partner to our success. Their ability to pivot, respond to feature requests, and make incremental improvements to the platform sets them apart. Brandlive is a forward-thinking company and is all about the experience presented to the audience. The tools provided are designed to let you work robustly within your production. It allows us to use multimedia in a new way when live streaming to our audience. Their cloud-based platform allowed us to present from almost any location, which is better than having to be tethered.
