What do you like best about Branch?

What do you like best about Branch?

Branch is a great platform to measure/track mobile app attribution, their deep-linking capabilities are particularly useful. We use it regularly to create tracking links, QR codes, and for high-converting modals via Branch Journeys Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Branch?

We had some initial setup issues and persistent problems with deep-linking for the first few quarters. The Support Team was slower back in 2021-22 but I've seen marked improvements in 2023 so I'm not dissatisfied currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
