Having employees without direct deposit with an option to get an account to give them a portal to access their payroll, receive advances if needed has been great, eliminating our need to produce paper checks/statements. ### 2. There should be a stop to that. Lacey has told us we can add a password for protection but with 12 different stores we need to make it as easy as can be. ### 4. Some employees don't have a bank account when they start with us so having something for them to utilize right away during onboarding is great. Branch also offering same day pay is just icing on the cake. Setting up the required reports was fairly easy to do and they give you the information needed for each payroll. All we need to do is import a file into payroll each week and we're done. **What do you dislike about Branch?** We haven't run into any issues yet. As of the time of this review there are fees for using the same day pay feature if you don't have a Branch card, but that is expected. **What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have some employees that don't have bank accounts and having Branch allows us to give them an option for direct deposit. ### 6. Everyone starts with a bank account. **What do you dislike about Branch?** It hasn't been the most straightforward to set up, but after our store managers have helped a few employees set up their account, they are all fast becoming experts. **Recommendations to others considering Branch:** Good product. I recommend. **What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Set up can be a problem somtimes, but is less of a problem now. This was becoming an increasingly problematic issue for us with the limited cash coming into the store. ### 8. With Branch, funds are deposited on the employee's Branch card, and they have the ability to use it as a debit card and are not charged a transaction fee.
