Once we had one candidate who scored really well on technical questions. But when I looked at response time analytics the system showed this pattern where they took way longer on scenario based questions. The AI didn't catch that by itself but it gave me the data for ask better questions. The words didn't match what the candidate actually said. But it turned out to be really superb interview experience it has asked some really meaningful follow up question which helped to dive in technical depth of my answers.
