"Effective Recruitment Tool with Minor Connectivity Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I use Braintrust AIR for interview and recruitment opportunities, and the experience was positive. Even though there was a slight technical failure due to low bandwidth on my side, the software was able to recover, allowing me to progress. Being new to Braintrust AIR, it wasn't hard for me to understand how to use it effectively. I found it exciting that the platform waited and paused for valuable information, letting me collect my thoughts and present them in an appealing manner. It was relatively easy to use overall, despite some concerns about bandwidth usage. As a whole, it was a good experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

I had to understand the interface a little bit. And why my interface was a little bit laggy. It was on my side. The filling of the form to make sure that the connection is stable would be very valuable for the user. Especially when there seems to be a firewall between you and the service online. That could be a potential issue for future users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, Futuristic AI Interview Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I really enjoyed using Braintrust AIR because the experience was seamless and quick. It only took about three to four minutes to complete the interview, and I liked that it could be done in my own free time without needing to schedule it, which is a huge plus. The voice was not too robotic, making it feel like I was speaking to a real person. The design of the AI was cool and futuristic, which left a great first impression when I first accessed the page. I also liked that the questions asked during the interview were detailed and focused on real-world problem-solving rather than just general background inquiries. It's impressive how Braintrust AIR lets you showcase your skills without the hassle of coordinating with a human interviewer. Overall, I would recommend it to others because of how well it handles interview scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

I think the main thing that could be improved is maybe the length of the conversation. At the end of the day, we had a discussion that was maybe three or four minutes long. I would love to have some elaboration, maybe some follow-up questions based on what I said, what I presented. When I answered the question, maybe having some follow-up questions detailed about the specifics would be interesting. To test and to see how Braintrust AIR would have reacted with the interpretation of my voice and also to dig deeper into finding specific questions afterwards. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's available in different kinds of testing, so maybe it's just me who didn't experience it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic and Engaging AI Interaction for Interviews"
4/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I like that Braintrust AIR allows me to keep on explaining and create a conversation, so I'm not stuck on a static answer but always enjoy a dynamic experience. It's interesting to keep getting deeper into the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

They could have a better questioning regarding, like, a previously established questionnaire that they have to know about you. So even it's great that a conversation started because the AI allows you to, it's also cool if we have, like, these previously established questions that they are going to ask through the conversation. I don't want it to be static, but I do want to be clear about what they need to know about me. So they don't go to another place that is not a principal goal of the interview or of the conversation. "Seamless Integrations and Practical Technical Interviews Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

Braintrust AIR connects with tools like Workday , Zapier ,email and team chat platforms, so I didn’t have to change my workflow just to use it . The process felt different from a normal interview as it asked technical questions directly directly and stayed focused on how I approach problems. Sending interviews links , keeping track of candidates and updating progess all happened smoothly and it was quite easy to manage without even feeling messy or complicated. I also liked that the questions were practical , covering things like scraing pipelines , debugging systems and how developers use tools pike LMW in work . The interface is straightforward as well , which made it easy to use even the first time i worked it . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

There is nothing much i dislike about this but i did notice the page took a lil longer to load at the very starting of session . The main thing I’d point out is that the communication could use a bit more original like human , especially when it comes to cleary telling you when to begin. It didn’t prevent anything from working but for a moment it can make you wonder wheather the interveiw has actually started. I also think it would help to have more ready to use questions templates tailored to different roles Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Transparent Hiring Workflow with Easy Sharing of Interviews and Summaries"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

Braintrsut AIR is how naturally it fits into the hiring process our team already uses. It integrates smoothly with common recuritment tools, so scheduling interviews and keeping track of candidates details stays simple and straightforward. I also appreciate the transparency no hidden fees or middlemen, just access to skilled professionals. Another is how easy it is to share interview recordings, transcripts and summaries with the rest of the hiring team. That helps everyone stay aligned when reviewing candidates, comparing feedback, and making decisions. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it didn’t take ling to get comfortable using it. And when the people you invite participate and complete their activities, it can open up additional opportunties within the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

It already works with several tools, but there are still some HR or project managemnt platforms that aren’t connected yet. Because of that, there are times when we still have to transfer information manually, which adds an extra step to the process. It also gets stuck on a question and I have to prompt it to move on, but that doesn’t happen often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistent AI Screening That Kept Our Graduate Hiring Smooth and Stress-Free"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

We do graduate hiring every autumn around 400 applicants and last year HR team was much less stressed in October. AIR handled first round interviews for whole intake. Scoring stayed same across candidates and matched role needs as per our organization. Compliance team also liked scoring trail part more than i expected. Candidates feedback was also mostly okay even with AI interview format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

Once 1 candidate session got frozen during campaign and rescheduling only that interview was not easy. We needed support help and it took some time. Reporting dashboard also needs more flexibility for our custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Interview Scheduling with Natural AI Interaction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I think that the voice used for the interview was very natural. I wasn't thinking about being interviewed by an AI because the natural voice and the fluency of every detail were spot-on. It's everything is great in that term. I also liked that doing an interview with Braintrust AIR was convenient for my schedule, letting me do it whenever I had free time, even just thirty minutes. That flexibility was absolutely amazing. Plus, the initial setup was absolutely easy, just requiring me to input my name and email address, and then the instructions were clear about what to expect, making the onboarding part flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

So I only have one thing that could be improved. In the interview, I was asked to speak for two whole minutes, but I wasn't sure how much time I had left. So it would be great to have a timer to make sure that I know how much time I have left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary AI for Efficient Recruitment"
5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I believe Braintrust AIR really saves a lot of time for companies, individuals, and applicants by ensuring that the applicants are truly qualified for the job. I really loved it because it's innovative and creative with its technology. It's a new idea that I found impressive, especially the AI-driven screening and interview process. The technology behind it is something I really love. As an applicant, it was really easy to use, from completing the profile, adding LinkedIn, uploading a resume, and seeing job applications available. The whole process, including the screening tests, was very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

I didn't really know if my voice or photo would be visible to interviewers or MBAs during the interview. I'd appreciate it if there was a clear note in the interview phase about whether your image or video can be seen by the employer. Also, I'd like if the AI could match my uploaded resume with the best relevant job applications or job offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Interviews Simplified My Job Hunt"
5/5
What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

I like the way Braintrust AIR's AI is intuitive and builds interview questions based on the answer from the previous question. It's actually a better interview experience than with a human interviewer. The intuitiveness of the AI was amazing, and it made my answers clearer and more to the point. I also found the process simple when getting started with my interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

I'm not sure what can be improved, but I think that maybe at the end, the AI could ask if you have any more thoughts to add to the interview questions. That would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
