Very well thought out algorithm and it shows from the start of the interview. Immediately the voice was smooth and clear yet had a very human empathetic undertone. I was immediately put at ease despite my scoptobic tendencies regarding interview. I was able to relax enough to not completely butcher my interview. Ari kept things simple and direct but not condescending or judging. I did not feel as if I was being judged or on a witness stand. It truly felt as if Ari was listening out of interest and wanted me to have a successful interview. I did not find anything I disliked about my interview, The only thing that would have been an added bonus would have been to have a countdown timer or some form of intermittent time notifications because it is timed and I was not able to complete all of my last few details about the opportunities I was seeking. I think just, with the camera background, there wasn't an opportunity, not that I saw, that I could blank out or blur the background. So luckily, I had a green screen that I could put up, just to hide my background. But I think, definitely, it needs to have an option there to blank out or blur your background.
