I love getting to meet people who work in the same field that I do and speak with them one-on-one. As far as the main sessions go, when you're sitting in the audience, some are amazing and some are just okay. But I didn't regret going to a single small group or one-on-one braindate. I left with ideas and inspiration from what other companies are doing, and lots of new LinkedIn connections.

The integration with the conference app was a little tricky: slow loading and challenging to click in and out of different braindates without losing your spot or filters. Like anything that is provides value, it takes time and energy to explain Braindates, encourage people to host them, remind them, remind them again, ect.
