**What do you like best about BrainCX?**

BrainCX AI phone agents are trained extensively to understand your business. They’re available 24/7 and are much less expensive—and much more reliable—than adding another staff member. In addition, the system continues to improve as it encounters new situations.

One of the strongest features is that this AI is fully conversational. Many AIs are conditional, which basically means that if the client says one specific thing, the agent delivers a canned response. With a conversational approach, the AI can respond from its knowledge base without relying on rigid conditions.

The last feature I want to point out is the latency (the time between a statement and the response), which is minimal and, in my experience, probably the best in the industry. I’ve used voice AI call centers before where about 99% of callers quickly detected they were speaking with AI and didn’t want to deal with the agent. With BrainCX, it has been about 99% undetectable. We could not have made a better decision than adding this to our business.

**What do you dislike about BrainCX?**

Honestly, I haven’t run into anything I don’t like. The agents keep learning from experience, so it may start out with a few glitches, but over time it should come as close to perfection as you could hope for.

**What problems is BrainCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Availability and speed to lead are the two biggest benefits. You simply couldn’t afford to staff trained people 24/7, but with this in place we know every bit of communication is covered and we never have to worry about someone calling in sick. The AI agents respond to each message immediately, and that alone is the biggest improvement any business can hope for.
