BrainCore is an excellent framework for predicting using neural networks when a high performance is required. Compared to most other tools, it is incredibly fast, even beating some commercial alternatives that I've tested. That it is available for free makes it even more impressive. Recommendations to others considering BrainCore: Not all apps require the performance of BrainCore, and using the same framework for training and predicting can be convenient, so make sure you evaluate different tools before picking one. I've decided to use BrainCore for neural network prediction in one of our macOS Apps after comparing it to several alternative frameworks.
