Is not exactly that I dislike BrainCert, but since the platform is in constant development there are sometimes bugs in features releases but this is understandable, the good thing is that they fix in matter of days and they are very receptive of these issues. By using BrainCert we aim to streamline our process for online education and training programs, ultimately benefiting my customers with accessiblity and ease of use. From our point of view is as follows, 1) Monetization: We can monetize our courses and products by selling them in the platform,either physical or digital, generating extra revenue from our expertise and educational content. 2)Accesibility and Interactivity: We provide to our customers a platform for remote learning, overcoming geographical barriers, and if needed, we could set live classes with real-time collaboration tools, enhancing engagement. 3) Security: The platform complies with robust security frameworks and privacy best practices, this is crucial in the EU. BrainCert Virtual Classroom is in fact the most feature-rich compared to other products out there. It comes with plethora of tools such as line & shape tools, WolframAlpha knowledge engine, LaTex equations, Code editor, cloud documents, google docs direct editing on the board, load/save board from cloud, polls, and many more. The recordings are processed in the cloud and available to customers in the dashboard or using API call. You can play the files directly in your branded media player such as JW Player or Video.js in your own website or download it. We do not store the recordings in client's server as our backend does all the heavy lifting such as processing all the streams part of a room, merge and encode with Quality-Defined Variable Bitrate (QVBR) and push it to an encrypted storage. All your recordings can be made available from your own website using REST API calls. Chat blocks (public & private chat) has in fact lot of space available which takes about 20-30% of the screen area. Please contact our support if you need any help. Braincert provides four products and you can choose any product as per your need, and the pricing again would depend on the product you opt for, although they offer a free trial with basic functionalities. We can upload any PDFs and Documents and use them while presenting . We thrived to conduct paperless digital sessions and have received excellent feedbacks from employees. The UI is pretty complex, and you need at least a month to get used to the functionalities; setting up user/admin roles, in particular, consumes a lot of time. Our Growth team uses whiteboard for our weekly brainstorming sessions, and recording employee attendance to these sessions is pretty easy here. It also has a feature that enables the presenter to mute others if required, the video and audio transmission is better than WizIQ. We can record the meetings and later share these recordings with the absentees. We embed videos from various sources, and the storage is never a problem with Braincert. The organization and convenience of the platform make it easy to use and study. By having all the classes on one platform, I know I can rely on BrainCert to learn the material effectively and efficiently. It doesn't easily let you access the main menu, plus it's not so easy to download files from the web. Secondly, it needs to be accessible from offline as well. For improvement, it needs to have an offline feature rather than be purely online. That way, people can listen to the courses on the commute or while running and exercising.
