Brae is an AI-assisted accounts receivable product for small and midsize industrial-service and oilfield-service businesses. It focuses on investigating unpaid invoices and checking supporting evidence before another payment reminder. Invoice balances, applied payments and credits, field tickets, purchase orders, approvals and dispute context help frame the investigation. QuickBooks remains the ledger of record. Brae has a working QuickBooks Enterprise deployment. QuickBooks Online workflows are being validated using synthetic data; full self-service onboarding and billing acceptance remains in progress.
